Services

Process Design

We design process systems from the creation of PFDs to final P&IDs. Also, we work on hydraulic analysis for systems or evaluating the existing system before adding subsystems.

Loading and Measuring Stations

We design truck loading/unloading, marine loading/unloading Jetties, rail loading/unloading facilities and transfer stations We create P&IDs according to process safety requirements and design measurement and fire protection systems in accordance with international standards.

Fire Fighting Systems

We design new firefighting systems or validate existing firefighting systems (detection, extinguishing) for industrial facilities or plants according to internationally accepted standards (NFPA, FM) and local fire regulations, as well as customer-specific insurance requirements.

Proses Piping & Process Pipeline Design

We design process piping or pipeline in accordance with international standards. (ASME B31.3, ASME B31.1, AWWA, ASME B31.4, ASME B 31.8) 3-Dimensional pipe design, pipe corrosion protection system design (cathodic protection), stress calculations and reports, special support design (variable/fixed spring hanger, washer, etc) are included in piping design.

Pumping Station

We make hydraulic, surge and pump capacity calculations, flow safety equipment selection, pump selection in accordance with international standards (API, EN).

Reverse Engineering

Existing plants have risk of up-to-date status in terms of their existing documentation. To avoid any misalignment with the existing documentation during newly started engineering studies, we scan the plant with a laser scanner and create digital twin of the plant so that the integration of new project with an existing plant comes out to be perfectly aligned and with out any problem at site.

Control, Instrumentation,
Telecom Design

We provide specifications and designs of process instrumentation systems such as analytical measurements, digital contacts, actuator valves and DCS / ESD control systems to which these systems are connected. In our designs made in line with international standards (IEC, ISA), we offer a comprehensive service for your instrumentation requirements together with detailed engineering knowledge.

Storage Tanks Design

We provide solutions such as configuration, design and detailing of storage tanks, as well as design calculations including seismic, internal/external pressures and wind load as per international standards (API 650, API 620)

Advanced Engineering Applications

We provide solutions with finite element analysis methods (Mechanical Structural Analysis of Computational Fluid Dynamics [CFD]) for more complex problems that is not possible to solve or analyze with package software that are specialized.

Electrical System Design

In accordance with international standards (IEC) and local regulations; with our detailed knowledge of Medium Voltage / Low Voltage electrical systems we provide the electrical system design with engineering analyzes, equipment specifications , equipment capacity selections, feasible cable selection and installation according to customer needs.
